A Greene County bail bondsman is accused of trading sex and drugs for bond.

The Third Judicial District Drug and Violent Crime Task Force arrested Henry Martin on Monday.

Authorities said Martin is the owner of South Greene Bonding Company. The task force launched an investigation into Martin after receiving several complaints that he was acting inappropriately and may be involved in criminal activity.

Investigators found Martin traded sex and drugs for uncovered bond.

Martin is charged with bribery, solicitation to commit sale/delivery of a schedule II drug, forgery and false reports. He is being held in the Greene County Detention Center with no bond.

Martin's first court appearance is scheduled for Wednesday morning in General Sessions court.
